Google – the ads expert may be earning around $500 million a year via people who register domains with some typos or different names.

These typos varies from different names like registering a name with some different spelling for example cnn.com can a misslip or typo as wwwcnn.com so if some one forgot to type the dot . in between www and cnn then he will go to the website of another person.

Cheap domain names being sold by Yahoo

Yahoo has got another another plan to make some money for its own and to save a lot of money for domain investors. Last night Yahoo has sold contests.com in a live auction.

The amount for which it was sold for were only US$ 380,000. This is not a justified selling price as people normally searches the term contests very much. Either its beauty contests or writing contests every body try to get its hand on it.
