Two days of silence from Digg about its change in URL system and displaying the posts. Now Digg has officially announced that this change will continue for the future.
The change, which took place on Sunday, had links which once lead directly to a story’s source, redirecting to Digg’s story pages instead. The new behavior appeared only on stories that had been submitted to the site, leading to confusion on where users would go when they clicked on a shortened Digg URL.

Few days back Twitter has started to put a logo VERIFIED above the name of account holder.
What tweeter is saying about this?
We’re starting with well-known accounts that have had problems with impersonation or identity confusion. (For example, well-known artists, athletes, actors, public officials, and public agencies). We may verify more accounts in the future, but because of the cost and time required, we’re only testing this feature with a small set of folks for the time being. As the test progresses we may be able to expand this test to more accounts over the next several months.
